At the MSAC, we offer a range of fitness and wellness classes to keep you moving and feeling great. Each class has a small fee, which helps support our fantastic certified instructors and keep our programs running smoothly. Plus, as a member, you can enjoy unlimited access to our fitness room during operating hours. Just a heads-up: you'll need to complete a quick waiver and orientation before you start using the equipment. We’re excited to have you join us and get started on your fitness journey!
Chair Yoga: Ready to stretch, breathe, and find your Zen? Join our yoga class and discover a fun, energizing way to connect with your body and mind. Pickle-Ball: Join us for Advanced Pickleball on Mondays and Wednesdays, where experienced players can refine their skills, strategize, and enjoy competitive play. If you're new to the game, our Beginner Pickleball sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays are the perfect way to learn the basics, get comfortable with the paddle, and have a blast while mastering the fundamentals. Happy Feet Walking Group: Get moving with our Happy Feet Walking Group. Join them every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9:00 a.m. at the Erie Canal. Directions: Take N. Burdick St., pass the Northeast Medical Center. Bear Right at the first traffic light onto N. Burdick St. and turn left into the parking lot at the canal towpath. We hope to see you there!
