Our Trip Policies Reservations may be made by mail, in person during Senior Centre business hours, or by phoning 682-7889. A deposit must be paid for each trip within two weeks of making a reservation, or the reservation is subject to cancellation. It is each senior's responsibility to be certain the deposit is paid. The deposit, per person, is $25 for day trips, and $50 for overnights. The balance of each trip payment is due when you receive a reminder letter from the Senior Centre office, usually 4-6 weeks before the trip departure. Cancellation policy: If you cancel before our trip provider is paid, you will receive a refund of your deposit. If you cancel after that point, you will receive a refund if a substitute is found to take your place on the trip. Trip cancellation insurance is recommended for overnight trips. |
