Our Trip Policies

Reservations may be made by mail, in person during Senior Centre business hours, or by phoning 682-7889. A deposit must be paid for each trip within two weeks of making a reservation, or the reservation is subject to cancellation. It is each senior's responsibility to be certain the deposit is paid. The deposit, per person, is $25 for day trips, and $50 for overnights.

The balance of each trip payment is due when you receive a reminder letter from the Senior Centre office, usually 4-6 weeks before the trip departure.

Cancellation policy: If you cancel before our trip provider is paid, you will receive a refund of your deposit. If you cancel after that point, you will receive a refund if a substitute is found to take your place on the trip. Trip cancellation insurance is recommended for overnight trips.

The gorgeous score makes this story of a flower girl who becomes a lady can�t-miss entertainment. Lunch is at the Sherwood Inn, with an entr�e choice of salmon, sirloin, or pasta with chicken and sausage.

�The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee�
Monday, September 24th, 2012

This wacky musical comedy takes you to a spelling bee, where the quirky contestants sing, dance, and spell in a uniquely entertaining way. Lunch at Springside Inn; choice of scrod, beef, or ham.

Two Lighthouses and a Cruise

Cost: $79.00 members; $84 non-members

This trip to Lake Ontario lighthouses, featuring a river lunch cruise, was canceled last year; we�re pleased to be able to offer it in 2012.
