Fitness & Wellness
At the MSAC, we offer a range of fitness and wellness classes to keep you moving and feeling great. Each class has a small fee, which helps support our fantastic certified instructors and keep our programs running smoothly. Plus, as a member, you can enjoy unlimited access to our fitness room during operating hours. Just a heads-up: you'll need to complete a quick waiver and orientation before you start using the equipment.
