This is a 7-week program hosted by "CARE", Center for Aging Resources & Enrichment, to help educate older adults on fall risk factors & modifications to decrease future falls. This program offers: Strengthening exercises, informational handouts, & presentations.

Friendship Fiesta
Join us for Friendship Fiesta, a special day to celebrate friendship and community! Bring a friend who’s not yet a member of our senior center and show them what we’re all about. Your guest will enjoy a free workout class, a delicious lunch, and a fun painting activity—all while making new connections.
