Senior Centre Nutrition Program
The Senior Centre serves lunches every Monday through Friday at noon. A donation of $6 is requested, and reservations must be made by 1 p.m. on the previous day. No one will be turned away for inability to pay.


FREE Tech Time: From 11 a.m. to noon on Fridays, Laura from the Manlius Library will be at the Centre  giving free one-on-one instruction for your electronic devices. Appointments are required. To book a 30-minute slot, please please sign up at the senior centre office, send us an email (mscseniors@aol.com) or call us at: 315-682-7889. Drop-ins are welcome if there are no appointments scheduled.


Veterans' Coffee Hour
The MSAC would like to invite veterans from all branches of service to join us at 9:30 a.m. for coffee, refreshments and conversation, as well as guest speakers, on the following days: Friday, Sept. 1, and Friday, Oct. 6.

Lynn Fox from Clear Path for Veterans will visit on Oct. 6 along with one of their service dogs-in-training, to talk about their Canine Guardian Program.

All senior veterans are encouraged are invited to attend, regardless of MSAC membership. Registration is required. Please call the office at 315-682-7889, or stop by the Centre. We look forward to seeing you there!


​ New Senior Connections Group
Please join us for coffee and conversation, every other Friday morning, beginning Sept. 15, by the fireplace in the dining room at 9:30 a.m., where you can meet new people, connect with others, stay engaged, and enjoy some laughs.

Building and maintaining social relationships can have a huge impact on older adults' overall wellness. Staying connected helps:
  • Improve mental and physical health,
  • Lower anxiety and stress,
  • And increase longevity: people who maintain good social ties tend to live longer.
Meeting dates:
  • Friday, Sept. 15, and Friday, Sept. 29
  • Friday, Oct. 13, and Friday, Oct. 27
