Day Trip Policies:
Reservations for day trips may be made by mail, in person during senior centre business hours, or by calling 315-682-7889. A deposit must be paid for each trip within two weeks of making a reservation, or the reservation is subject to cancellation. It is each senior's responsibility to be certain the deposit is paid. The deposit, per person, is $25 for day trips.
The balance of each trip payment is due when you receive a reminder phone call from the senior centre office, usually 4-6 weeks before the trip departure. If you cancel before our trip provider is paid, you will receive a refund of your deposit. If you cancel after that point, you will only receive a refund if a substitute is found to take your place on the trip.
